This article details the argument Greece has with FYR Macedonia over nation names.  Greece claims that Macedonia should not use that name at all as it hides the Greek region of Macedonia, the birthplace of Alexander the Great.  Macedonia wants to keep their name and even named their airport Alexander the Great airport recently.  This dispute has made it all the way to the United Nations.
